Biography
Sheyla Karina Flores Guirao received her Engineering degree in Business Management from the Instituto Tecnológico de Tuxtla Gutiérrez (ITTG) and her Master’s degree in Administrative Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Orizaba (ITO) through the National Quality Postgraduate Program (PNPC) in 2014 and 2017, respectively. She completed her Ph.D. in Education at the University of the Southeast (UDS) in 2024.
Since 2018, she has been a professor at the National Technological Institute of Mexico (TecNM) in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, where she teaches various courses such as Business Plan and Research Workshop. She has also taught at the Colegio de Bachilleres de Chiapas at the high school level.
Her research interests include business models, human capital management, innovation techniques, and entrepreneurship development.
